Job description
Spirit Halloween in Rockville, MD seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maintain Guest Services, develop staff, and uphold profitability through merchandising and inventory controls.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
