Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Charlotte, NC to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on driving guest services and profitability, with emphasis on staff development and merchandise control.
