Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive sales and profitability by delivering guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses and shrinkage across merchandising and inventory.
Requirements: minimum age 18, 8+ hours standing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience.
