A seasonal retail company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Town of Webster, New York, to support the Store Manager in operations including staffing, store setup, and guest services. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess prior retail management experience, and be able to stand for long periods. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring maximum sales profitability. Flexible scheduling is a must, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
