Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Appleton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in managing staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of the seasonal store. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring excellent guest service, team development, and expense control. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have prior retail management experience, and possess a flexible schedule to meet the physical demands of the role.
