Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in various tasks including staffing, merchandising, and ensuring overall store operations for maximum sales and profitability.
The role requires retail management experience, the ability to stand for long hours, and flexibility in scheduling. Assist with the setup and teardown of the seasonal store while controlling expenses and maintaining excellent Guest Services.
