Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability by delivering Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Must be 18+, with a flexible schedule and the ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
