Job description
A Seasonal Retail Company in Johnstown seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, and operations of the store. Key responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales and guest services, developing staff, and managing merchandising and inventory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have prior retail management experience, and be physically able to handle the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling is required.
