Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will help ensure maximum sales and profitability by delivering excellent guest services, developing staff, and maintaining inventory control.
The role requires 18+ years of age, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. Expect 8+ hours standing/walking, ladder use, fixture setup, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
