Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store in Miami, FL. The role supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
The position requires 18+ years of age, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. You will help maintain guest services, manage staff, control expenses, shrinkage and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
