Newell Brands, parent company of Yankee Candle, is seeking a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Store Manager in Niagara Falls, NY. You will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering an outstanding guest experience while driving top-line sales.
You will coach staff, manage onboarding, and ensure safety and loss prevention, with weekend and holiday availability. The role emphasizes brand values and customer-centric selling in a fragrance-filled environment.
