Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. 18+ years old is required.
