Job description
Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maximise sales and profitability by ensuring guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, and inventory accuracy, with a flexible schedule, 18+ age, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
