Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and seasonal store teardown. You will help drive guest satisfaction and store profitability by leading a team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 18.
