Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager helps drive sales and guest services, develops staff, controls expenses, shrinkage and all merchandising and inventory processes.
Minimum age 18, flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift/move up to 50 pounds are required.
