Spirit Halloween is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Warwick, Rhode Island. This role supports the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, and operational tasks in a seasonal retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail management experience, be physically capable of standing for long hours and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and possess a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
