Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and overseeing merchandising and inventory controls.
The role requires prior retail management experience, 18+ age, flexible scheduling, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
