Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive sales and profitability by delivering guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.
The role requires prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule. The position involves 18+ years old, standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds daily.
