Spirit Halloween in Scottsdale, Arizona is looking for an Assistant Store Manager. Supporting the Store Manager, you will oversee staffing, setup, merchandising, and ensure the store's profitability. A flexible schedule and prior retail management experience are required. The role demands standing and walking for over 8 hours and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. You will also be involved in maintaining guest services and developing the staff. This position offers hourly pay ranging from $17.25 to $17.50, depending on qualifications and experience.
