Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store in Lenexa, KS. You will help drive sales and profitability by ensuring excellent Guest Services, staff development, and inventory control.
Must have prior retail management experience, be 18+, and willing to work a flexible schedule. The role involves standing/walking 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the job.
