Job description
Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Store Manager - Temp (Seasonal) for the Gaylord Pacific location. You will lead the workshop operations, drive guest experience, and manage a high-performing team to achieve financial goals.
Responsibilities include coaching Bear Builders, creating weekly schedules, hiring and promotion decisions, enforcing policies, overseeing inventory, merchandising, and payroll. Must be able to work a retail schedule including holidays.
