Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle in Omaha, NE is seeking a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving top-line sales. You will help build a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure store standards, while focusing on guest satisfaction, inventory control, and adherence to company policies in a fragrance-rich environment.
