Job description
Newell Brands is seeking a Retail Store Manager or equivalent in Westwood, MA to support the Store Manager in driving top-line sales and an exceptional guest experience. You will help recruit and develop a high-performing team and ensure standards in store appearance and safety.
You will apply product knowledge to engage guests, coach selling behaviors, and manage daily operations with a focus on KPIs and guest loyalty programs.
