Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store within our retail network. You will drive sales, manage guest services, and control expenses to ensure profitability while supervising setup, merchandising, and teardown.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum age 21 is required.
