Spirit Halloween in Salisbury, MD seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and tear-down of a Seasonal Store.
The role includes supporting guest services, ensuring maximum sales and profitability, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory. Candidates must be 18+, flexible, physically capable of standing for long periods, climbing, and lifting, with prior retail management experience.
