Job description
Aspen Skiing Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Four Mountain Sports for the Winter season. This full-time, seasonal role oversees daily store operations across multiple locations, driving guest service, sales, and rental performance.
You will lead a high-performing team, manage staffing, and partner with the Store Manager to execute priorities, merchandising, and safety standards in a fast-paced alpine retail environment.
