Job description
The Team Leader at Towne Park LLC oversees the daily operations of a property with up to nine GSAs, ensuring service standards are met or exceeded, under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager.
You will coordinate and administer tasks, troubleshoot, manage scheduling, timekeeping, and staff development, while maintaining client relationships and delivering Aggressive Hospitality as part of Towne Park's standards.
