Job description

Seasonal Tractor Trailer Driver

Join a dedicated nationwide tractor trailer team, also known as seasonal feeder drivers. In this role, you'll drive tractor trailers along established routes between UPS facilities or customer locations, helping keep shipments moving throughout the UPS network.

As a seasonal feeder driver, you'll operate on scheduled routes with a variety of different assignments while enjoying the benefit of returning home after every shift. Schedules vary based on operational needs and may include days, nights, and weekends.

Please Note : This is a seasonal position; schedules may vary from day to day.

What you’ll need:

Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.

Valid Class A CDL in your state where you live; proof will be required to qualifyDoubles/Triples endorsement may be required depending on location

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a UPS driver test

Excellent driving skills and a satisfactory driving history

Ability to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Employees must meet and maintain the minimum qualifications required for driver certification with the Department of Transportation. UPS will comply with all U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations concerning driver certifications.

Demonstrate ability to consistently drive a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.

*This is a seasonal role. A seasonal job is a great place to start at UPS. Although continued employment is not guaranteed beyond the seasonal period, many team members begin in seasonal roles and later pursue additional opportunities with UPS

The base pay for this position is $47.21/hour
