Elgen Staffing in Tinton Falls, New Jersey is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney – Labor & Employment to join our growing team. The role requires handling cases from inception and working independently with strong writing and research skills.
Qualified candidates will have a JD from an accredited law school and NJ Bar admission; NY/PA are a plus. Prior labor/employment or commercial litigation experience is preferred but not mandatory.
