Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a team of clinicians in the Seattle area. You will guide clinical practice, coordinate patient services, and ensure Medicare/commercial payer compliance while fostering a high-quality home health program.
You will supervise hiring, training, and performance of clinical staff, review patient documentation and OASIS accuracy, and collaborate with field teams to drive timely submissions and outcomes.
