Job description
Quality Custom Distribution currently seeks a seasoned Warehouse Manager in Seattle, WA. You will lead day-to-day warehouse operations across dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas, drive inventory accuracy, and optimize processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.
You will coach a 45-50 person team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and other standards while delivering safety and service excellence. This on-site leadership role requires flexibility for 24/7 operations.
