SEC Financial Reporting Analyst

As an SEC Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance across our mutual fund and ETF portfolios. Working alongside industry experts in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, you will sharpen your technical accounting acumen while driving mission-critical reporting deliverables.
Your Impact & Key Responsibilities
Drive Reporting Excellence: Prepare and review mutual fund financial statements, shareholder reports, and SEC regulatory filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Ensure Precision & Integrity: Analyze fund financial statements, disclosures, and financial highlights to maintain absolute data accuracy.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Legal, Tax, and external auditors to resolve complex accounting and disclosure matters.
Lead Audit Readiness: Prepare comprehensive audit workpapers, support annual audits, and review general ledger reconciliations.
Qualifications That Set You Up for Success
Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience within the mutual fund, ETF, or broader investment management space.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Advanced MS Excel proficiency (experience with DFIN ArcReporting is a plus).
Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
