Job description
iCapital is seeking an SEC Reporting Specialist to join the Fund Finance Central Services Audit team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will oversee all SEC reporting requirements and disclosures, support the consolidation process, and collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen internal controls.
The role requires 5+ years in SEC/financial reporting, solid US GAAP/SOX knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
