Job description
We manufacture the essential packaging for the household brands you use every day. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you aren’t just fixing machines; you’re the backbone of a high-demand, recession-resilient operation.
We run a 3-2-2-3 rotation
, meaning you work 12-hour shifts but enjoy
two 3-day weekends every month
.
We offer ongoing training and certifications to keep your skills sharp.
Modern Environment: Work within a solid
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)program.
You’ll be the "go-to" expert for your assigned production lines. Solving Puzzles: Troubleshooting and repairing complex manufacturing equipment.
Precision Work: Performing preventative maintenance and rebuilding spare parts.
Participating in efficient changeovers to keep production humming.
Experience: 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial manufacturing machinery.
A solid grasp of
hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on aerial platforms (up to 20ft).
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
