Job description
Sanitation ManagerEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage first, and third sanitation teams while guiding the Sanitation Supervisor including hiring, training and development, performance management, setting weekly schedules, managing timecards and planning team workload.Develop a sound understanding of among all sanitation shifts of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and OSHA.
