This site operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring strong attention to safety, access control, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment for employees, contractors, and authorized visitors while upholding company policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesControl access to the facility by verifying identification and credentialsMonitor entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and deliveriesConduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areasObserve and report suspicious activity or safety concernsRespond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergenciesComplete detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reportsEnforce site-specific rules, safety regulations, and company policiesProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presenceMinimum QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license requiredWeekend availability requiredStrong communication and observational skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods in an industrial environmentProfessional demeanor and reliabilityWe are seeking individuals who are dependable, observant, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
