Secondary Operator/ Inspector - 2nd ShiftProduction Inspector – 2nd Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Cherryville, NC Pay: $15.75 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Some Saturdays May Be RequiredJob SummaryWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Inspectors to join a manufacturing facility in Cherryville, NC. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves inspecting steel and metal products to ensure they meet quality and production standards. Candidates must be comfortable standing and walking for an entire 8-hour shift and working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect finished and in-process products for quality and defectsVerify products meet company specifications and quality standardsIdentify and report damaged, defective, or non-conforming materialsPerform visual inspections and basic measurements as requiredFollow production and quality-control proceduresMaintain accurate inspection and production recordsCommunicate quality concerns to supervisors and production team membersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRequired QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience requiredAbility to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMMust be available to work some SaturdaysMust be able to wear steel-toe safety shoesMust be able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shiftMust be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to identify quality issues and defectsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsPreferred QualificationsPrevious quality inspection experienceExperience working with metal productsCore Competencies Quality Inspection • Manufacturing Experience • Attention to Detail • Product Inspection • Steel/Metal Manufacturing • Quality Control • Safety Compliance • Production Standards • Teamwork • Reliability • Time Management
