Job TitleMTC is proud to operate the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT where our staff provide quality services to our local youth. We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people's lives and we want YOU to join our team!What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and departmental duties which require discretion, in compliance with government and management directives.Essential functions:Receive telephone calls and visitors; handle routine matters personally and route non-routine business to proper staff for consideration.Maintain calendar of events, schedules, and appointments.Maintain correspondence control log, receive incoming and outgoing mail and follow-up on date for action items.Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery services to students. Prepare related reports.Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties; preparation of special reports, type and distribute meeting minutes, maintain files and records, statistical data, make travel arrangements, etc. as required.Education and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentOne (1) years clerical experience, and computer proficiency required.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWhy: Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
