\ N MD or DO Unrestricted PA medical license\ N Graduate from an ACGME Pediatric Residency\ N Board Certified - Pediatrics\ N Graduate from an ACGME Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship\ N 5+ years clinical experience in a pediatric o/p practice\ N 3 years' experience in practice leadership & change management\ N
Position Highlights:\ N Oversee the daily clinical operations of medical staff\ N Create a vision and direction for the department\ N Provide leadership for operational issues\ N Policy design/implementation\ N Be an active physician within the practice\ N Develop practice oriented education\ N Mentor/Train clinical staff\ N Active role in Quality Improvement\ N Recruitment of clinicalstaff - physicians & nurse practitioners to grow department\ N Manage expectations, duties and activity of physicians and nurse practitioners\ N
