Job description
Cipla in Fall River, MA is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee packaging operations, ensuring adherence to cGMP, quality targets and on-time delivery. You will plan production, manage raw materials, coordinate with QA, Engineering and EHS, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–9 years of manufacturing experience. Familiarity with SAP and GMP documentation is preferred; shift work and on-site presence are required.
