Job description
ELITE EXPRESS HOLDING INC. seeks a Corporate Counsel (Securities Law) in Laguna Hills, CA. You will assist in SEC filings, oversee compliance, and advise on governance, M&A, and contracts. This role collaborates with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of securities law experience, fluent English and Mandarin Chinese, and a JD from an accredited law school. Bar admission in NC/NY/CA is preferred.
