Job description
An elite international law firm is looking to hire a Securities Litigation Associate in its New York office. The opportunity is ideal for a Lawyer who qualified between 2020 and 2024 and has strong experience handling complex securities litigation and broader commercial disputes.
The successful candidate will work on high-value matters for major financial institutions, public companies, private equity firms and other sophisticated clients. The role will involve securities class actions, shareholder disputes, SEC-related matters, corporate governance issues, investigations and complex commercial litigation, with significant exposure to high-profile and strategically important cases.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and strong experience from a leading US law firm, with substantial securities litigation experience and outstanding analytical, drafting and advocacy skills.
