As a Barclays Securitized Products CRE Attorney VP, you will be part of the Securitized Products Legal team in the Americas, providing primary legal support to businesses involved in various commercial real estate-backed transactions, including CMBS issuance and underwriting, CRE mortgage loan origination, CRE whole loan repo financing and CMBS securities trading. You may also assist with other asset classes and transaction types. Responsibilities will include, among other things, providing legal advice relating to offering materials, underwriting/purchase agreements, warehouse repurchase agreements, engagement letters, legal opinions and confidentiality agreements. In this opportunity, you will advise the Barclays transaction committees in the Americas and work with business personnel across Securitized Products within the Investment
