Security Access Control SpecialistAMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.ResponsibilitiesAs a Security Access Control Specialist with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:Performs database queries using DISS & Scattered Castles; prints reports/results; retrieves case files; makes appropriate database entries.Performs Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAMS) at customer sites.Destroys confidential documents.Processes security documents and visit requests.Sends, receives, and processes confidential and classified materials.Sets up and maintains files.Coordinates classified reproductions.Maintains security precautions and performs a variety of complex clerical tasks.QualificationsHigh School diplomaAt least 1-3 years of relevant experience in security fieldActive TS SCI ClearanceU.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearanceExcellent communication and organizational skills.Possess an analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skillsPay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $54,100.00/Yr. - USD $90,400.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
