nACTS-Aviation Security Inc. has an immediate opening for a Security Agent at the Cincinnati International Airport in Erlanger, KY.

nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
nInspects airline equipment and checks for any unauthorized items.
nScreens cargo using equipment/method designated by customer and according to customer's specifications.
nPerforms aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding and gate guarding according to customer's specifications.
nObserves and monitors unit activity and facility surroundings when not performing inspection/validation duties.
nPerforms all other duties as assigned by management.
nReports to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager, depending on size of unit.
nActivities overseen by Lead or Senior Lead, depending on size of unit.
nSalary Range:
n$20.00 per hour
nEducation:
nHigh school diploma or GED
nRequirements:
nMust be willing to work in cold temperatures, as it is a requirement for this role.
nNew employees required to complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a confirmed 10-year background check (10 year listed; 5 year verified)
nNot have been convicted of any of the listed FAA Disqualifying Crimes;.
nAbility to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
nMust be at least 18 years old.
nHold a valid U.S. driver's license
nUS Citizenship required for certain services
nCommunication Skills:
nPossess written and oral communication skills in English.
nCertificates, Licenses and Registrations:
nCandidates will be required to go through pre-employment drug screen, criminal check and/or airport fingerprinting.
