Asset Protection Hotline RepresentativeStart your story at Speedway! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Job summary: Responsible for answering Asset Protection Hotline, delivering exceptional customer service, data entry with attention to detail and processing incident reports. Completes remote DVR surveys of store locations to address safety and security concerns. Department is 24/7. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Training will occur on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.Job Responsibilities:Provides exceptional customer service while answering AP Hotline callsTakes action to record incident details in a professional, time-sensitive, customer-focused manner in accordance with company and Security Alarm Center policies and proceduresProcess and communicate details as they pertain to incidents occurring at store locationsPerform Live Store Tours (LST) utilizing store's DVR systems remotelyMulti-task in a dynamic work environmentData entry, general word processing and administrative activitiesCompletes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by ManagementMeets or exceeds key performance indicators of the roleMaintains a high degree of confidentialityAvailable to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays; understands the staffing expectations of working in a 24/7/365 environment; must be flexible within hours of operation and willing to work overtimeProvide assistance & support to Operations and Maintenance personnelEducation: High School/GEDSpecific Knowledge and Skills:Ability to manage confidential employee informationCapable of working in a high-energy, fast paced, demanding environmentPerform documented complex tasksExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the businessStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a dynamic team-oriented environmentEEO Statement Speedway is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran's status, or any other protected characteristic.
