Job description
Job TitleThe job duties include:Serving in one of the following areas within the Services Section: Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration; Police Records; Contractor Security; Visitors Center; Blotter Entry, Supply, Civilian Court and Motor Transport Dispatch.Registering vehicles aboard the installation.Recording traffic citation data in various databases and adjudicating traffic citations upon customer walk-in or telephonic contracts, awarding the required number of points as identified in regulations.Processing contractors/vendors for local businesses/contractor's base access passes.Updating applicable databases, performing Local Records Background Check and issuing a temporary pass following the completion of a National Crime Information Cener (NCIC) check.Receiving and processing Sponsored Visitor Forms (SVF).Preparing, maintaining and filing the daily blotter and all relevant correspondence, records and documents, required by policy, governing the operation of the PMO/MCPD.Controlling, issuing, retrieving and maintaining accountability of PMO/MCPD supplies and equipment.Periodically visiting local jails, detention facilities and civil course to obtain information and document pertaining to judicial proceedings involving military members.Being responsible for dispatching, managing and maintaining the PMO/MCPD vehicle fleet, to include controlling, issuing, retrieving vehicles, and maintaining accountability of equipment assigned to each vehicle.
