Job description
Job TitleThe job duties include serving in various areas within the Services Section such as Pass and ID/Vehicle Registration, Police Records, Contractor Security, Visitors Center, Blotter Entry, Supply, Civilian Court, and Motor Transport Dispatch.Specific duties are:Registering vehicles aboard the installation.Recording traffic citation data in various databases and adjudicating traffic citations upon customer walk-in or telephonic contacts, awarding the required number of points as identified in regulations.Processing contractors/vendors for local businesses/contractor's base access passes.Updating applicable databases, performing Local Records Background Check and issuing a temporary pass following the completion of a National Crime Information Center (NCIC) check.Receiving and processing Sponsored Visitor Forms (SVF).Preparing, maintaining, and filing the daily blotter and all relevant correspondence, records, and documents required by policy governing the operation of the PMO/MCPD.Controlling, issuing, retrieving, and maintaining accountability of PMO/MCPD supplies and equipment.Periodically visiting local jails, detention facilities, and civil court to obtain information and document pertaining to judicial proceedings involving military members.Being responsible for dispatching, managing, and maintaining the PMO/MCPD vehicle fleet, to include controlling, issuing, retrieving vehicles, and maintaining accountability of equipment assigned to each vehicle.
