Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver cybersecurity and cloud technical services to new and existing customers
Implement, configure, maintain and support cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
Build customised demonstrations and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) / Proof of Value (POVs) to customers
Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and solution briefings to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to cloud infrastructure, network security and cybersecurity solutions
Monitor, analyse and respond to security alerts, incidents and potential threats
Assist in the deployment and configuration of security solutions, including firewalls, endpoint security, web application security and cloud security solutions
Support customers in maintaining the security, availability and performance of their cloud environments
Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports and service reports where required
Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity, cloud implementation, technical support or related fields
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, network security, firewalls and security monitoring
Relevant cybersecurity or cloud certifications will be an advantage
Team player with good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Good foundation in information technology trends and developments
Working Hours
9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
