Custom Protections Officers at Grove City Medical CenterAllied Universal is Hiring Custom Protections Officers at Grove City Medical CenterFull-Time - $19.00 / Hour3:00PM-11:00PM and 11:00AM-7:00PM Available - Up to 40 Hours Per Week, Weekends Included in ScheduleCustom Protections Officers must possess two or more of the following:Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Elite Military Forces, combat arms) or any support role in a Combat ZoneGraduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) or verified work experience in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter fieldBachelor's degree in law enforcement or criminal justice related studiesA minimum of 8 or more years of service in any military branchAssociate's degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military serviceOfficer may be required to assist nursing staff with patient restraints - proper training providedOfficer may be required to escort nursing staff to hospital morgue with deceased patientsOfficer must be at least 21+ Years of AgeFrequent walking/standing required (indoor/outdoor); Moderate technological usage requiredMultiple vaccinations are required prior to working on site (company paid) including: two-stage Tuberculosis screening, MMR, Varicella, Tetanus screenings (TB testing instructions provided at orientation)Child abuse clearance will be submitted at orientationAUS OFFICERS GET PAID WEEKLY!Uniforms and Equipment Provided at No CostExcellent Benefits and Career ProgressionPaid TrainingAs a Custom Protection Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.Responsibilities:Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicleWatch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazardsSound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized personsProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activitiesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client siteMinimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
